Oregon Black Bear Hunts
Spot and Stalk Black Bear Hunts on Private & Public Land

There are an abundance of black bears in southern Oregon which typically forage in clear cuts and meadows. The bears are most active early in the morning and in the evenings as it gets cooler in the day.

 

The most successful method for hunting black bears is to strategically glass from vantage points. 

 

Fall tags are over the counter. You can get up to 2 tags per person.

- Fall Black Bear Season: August 1 - December 31

Spring bear tags are draw only. 75% plus draw odds for non-residents. 

- Spring Black Bear Season: April 1 - May 31

 

- $3,995.00 per person fully guided. 

- $3,275.00 per person semi guided (housing & meals are not included).

- House/Cabin/Hotel type lodging.

- Food/drinks/snacks included. 

- Variety of color phase bears.

- Being in good physical condition will increase your hunting success!
